These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Vector United Athletics website, forms, communications, programs, events, registrations, and related services.

Vector United Athletics is a nonprofit organization focused on travel baseball, travel softball, athlete development, sports performance, movement quality, discipline, professionalism, and long-term growth through sport.

By accessing this website, submitting a form, registering for a program, participating in an event, or using any services offered by Vector United Athletics, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use this website or participate in our programs or services.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Vector United Athletics website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you are registering a minor athlete, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of the athlete and have authority to agree to these Terms on the athlete’s behalf.

Organization Purpose

Vector United Athletics exists to support athletes through structured travel baseball and softball programs, coaching, team development, training environments, competition, and character development.

Our organization focuses on:

1. Optimizing Movement

Helping athletes improve movement quality, body awareness, structural integrity, coordination, and long-term physical development.

2. Sports Performance

Creating an environment where athletes can develop physically, mentally, emotionally, and competitively through preparation, coaching, structure, and game experience.

3. Developing Disciplined Individuals Through Sport

Using baseball and softball as tools to teach discipline, accountability, communication, consistency, resilience, teamwork, and habits that carry into life outside the game.

Services Provided

Vector United Athletics may provide nonprofit athletic services, including but not limited to:

• Travel baseball and softball team participation

• Practices, games, tournaments, and showcases

• Athlete development programs

• Movement preparation and sports performance training

• Team training and coaching

• Camps, clinics, and instructional events

• Parent, athlete, and coach communications

• Program updates, registration forms, and event information

• Fundraising, sponsorship, and nonprofit support activities

Services may be updated, modified, postponed, canceled, or discontinued at any time at the discretion of Vector United Athletics.

Registration, Fees & Payment Policy

Program registration, team participation, camps, clinics, tournaments, events, uniforms, equipment, and related services may require payment of fees, deposits, or donations.

All required fees must be paid by the stated deadline unless otherwise agreed in writing. Participation is not guaranteed until registration requirements and payment obligations have been satisfied.

Fees may be used to support organizational costs, including but not limited to coaching, facility use, tournament entry, uniforms, equipment, insurance, administration, travel-related costs, athlete development resources, and nonprofit operations.

Vector United Athletics reserves the right to deny, suspend, or remove participation due to unpaid balances, incomplete registration, failure to meet program requirements, or violation of organizational standards.

Nonprofit Status

Vector United Athletics operates as a nonprofit organization. Participation fees, sponsorships, donations, fundraising proceeds, and other contributions are used to support the mission, programs, operations, and athlete development efforts of the organization.

Unless specifically stated in writing, payments made for participation, registration, team fees, merchandise, camps, clinics, events, or services are not automatically considered tax-deductible charitable contributions. Donors and participants should consult their own tax advisor regarding tax treatment.

Code of Conduct

Vector United Athletics is committed to an environment built on development, professionalism, discipline, respect, objectivity, and alignment.

Athletes, parents, guardians, coaches, volunteers, and spectators are expected to:

• Communicate respectfully

• Represent the organization professionally

• Uphold team and organizational standards

• Respect coaches, officials, teammates, opponents, and families

• Avoid disruptive, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior

• Support athlete development and team culture

• Follow program rules, schedules, and expectations

• Act in a manner that reflects positively on Vector United Athletics

Vector United Athletics reserves the right to remove, suspend, or dismiss any athlete, parent, guardian, coach, volunteer, or participant whose conduct conflicts with the mission, values, or standards of the organization.

Athlete Participation & Assumption of Risk

Participation in baseball, softball, athletic training, conditioning, movement preparation, practices, games, tournaments, travel, camps, clinics, and related activities involves inherent risks.

These risks may include, but are not limited to:

• Muscle strains, sprains, or soreness

• Collisions or contact injuries

• Falls or impact injuries

• Heat-related illness

• Overuse injuries

• Equipment-related injuries

• Travel-related risks

• Other physical or medical conditions related to athletic participation

By participating in Vector United Athletics programs, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that their athlete is physically able to participate. Athletes should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any athletic program, especially if they have a medical condition, prior injury, or health concern.

Medical Authorization

In the event of illness, injury, or emergency, Vector United Athletics staff, coaches, volunteers, or representatives may seek medical assistance for a participating athlete if a parent or guardian cannot be reached in a timely manner.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for all medical costs, treatment decisions, insurance coverage, and follow-up care related to their athlete.

Vector United Athletics does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vector United Athletics, its directors, officers, coaches, volunteers, representatives, partners, affiliates, and related parties shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, claim, expense, or liability arising from participation in programs, events, training, travel, website use, communications, or related services.

This includes, but is not limited to, injuries sustained during athletic activity, missed opportunities, scheduling changes, cancellations, travel issues, equipment issues, tournament decisions, or participation decisions.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund and cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of program, event, registration, or team participation.

Team Fees & Travel Program Participation

Team fees, deposits, and registration payments may be non-refundable once a roster spot is accepted, uniforms or equipment are ordered, tournament fees are paid, or program planning has begun.

Refunds, credits, or payment adjustments may be considered at the discretion of Vector United Athletics but are not guaranteed.

Camps, Clinics & Events

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before a scheduled camp, clinic, or event may be eligible for a refund, credit, or rescheduling, subject to the specific event policy.

Cancellations made within 72 hours may be non-refundable but may be rescheduled or credited at the discretion of Vector United Athletics.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Weather, Facility Issues & Schedule Changes

Practices, games, tournaments, camps, clinics, or events may be canceled, postponed, relocated, or rescheduled due to weather, field conditions, facility availability, safety concerns, tournament decisions, or circumstances outside the organization’s control.

Refunds are not guaranteed for weather-related or third-party schedule changes.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by Vector United Athletics, including website content, logos, graphics, training materials, team materials, written resources, photos, videos, program documents, coaching systems, and communications, is owned by or licensed to Vector United Athletics unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Unauthorized use of Vector United Athletics intellectual property may result in removal from programs and/or legal action.

Website Use

You agree to use the Vector United Athletics website and services in a responsible and lawful manner.

You may not use our website to:

• Post, submit, or transmit unlawful, harmful, false, misleading, abusive, or offensive content

• Impersonate any person or organization

• Interfere with the operation, security, or functionality of the website

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or information

• Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful materials

• Use website content without permission

Vector United Athletics reserves the right to restrict access to the website or services if misuse is suspected.

Photos, Videos & Media Release

By participating in Vector United Athletics programs, events, practices, games, camps, clinics, tournaments, or related activities, you understand that photos or videos may be taken for organizational, promotional, educational, social media, website, or documentation purposes.

Unless you notify Vector United Athletics in writing that you do not consent, you grant permission for Vector United Athletics to use photos, videos, names, team images, and athletic-related media for lawful organizational purposes.

Third-Party Services

Vector United Athletics may use third-party platforms for registration, payment processing, email, SMS messaging, scheduling, website hosting, forms, and communication.

These third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, and data practices. Vector United Athletics is not responsible for the actions, policies, or performance of third-party providers.

SMS Communication Program

By providing your phone number and opting in through a website form, registration form, contact form, or other communication method, you agree to receive SMS text messages and phone calls from Vector United Athletics.

Messages may include:

• Responses to inquiries

• Registration updates

• Team updates

• Practice reminders

• Game or tournament updates

• Schedule changes

• Event reminders

• Program announcements

• Customer support messages

• Service-related updates

Message frequency may vary based on your participation, inquiries, registrations, and program activity.

However, results vary by athlete and depend on many factors, including effort, attendance, attitude, physical condition, coachability, consistency, competition level, and outside circumstances.

Vector United Athletics does not guarantee specific athletic outcomes, roster placement, playing time, college recruitment, scholarships, performance results, or advancement opportunities.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.

Any disputes related to the Vector United Athletics website, services, programs, communications, or participation shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in Louisiana, unless otherwise required by law.

Changes to These Terms

Vector United Athletics may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updates will be posted on this website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website or participation in services after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms & Conditions.
